For overseas, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
This policy apply only our delivery error such as missing and wrong. If my order isn't delivered, what should I do?
We're still working on the 7-14days delivery time frame for delivery from Japan but we're experiencing some delays with couriers, so it may be slightly longer. (At first, please check your tracking numbers) Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding at this time. However, if your order hasn’t been delivered, please send us E-mail throw the contact form.

If an item is missing or wrong from your order, please contact us when you received your parcel. Please let us know exactly what’s wrong with your order. Remember to include your order number, full name and model number as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.

You can chose two delivery options. EMS (Express Mail Service) Registered Mail Service ※FOR MORE DETAIL PLEASE SEE "Delivery Areas."
Shipping fee varies depending on the weight of orders. ・Shipping fee is free over JPY 30,000 or more.
The total price of products does not include fees such as gift wrapping and Commission Charges(¥150). Please note that additional orders cannot be placed once the order is confirmed. Please purchase again from the purchase screen.

[When a product different from the order arrives]
All items are for one item. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us from the inquiry form within 3 days after the item arrives. In principle, we do not replace it for the convenience of our customers. Please understand rightly.
